SCOPE OF APPLICATION
All deliveries from BM (a member of the Aulandi Group) to customers (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer") shall be governed exclusively by the version of these General Terms and Conditions valid at the time the order is placed.
The Customer is considered a Consumer if he/she is an individual who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity. In contrast, a business is any individual or legal entity that enters into the contract in performance of its commercial or independent business activity.
Deliveries from BM are made within China and internationally. Purchases can also be picked up directly from BM's offices in Guangzhou.

DEVIATING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Any terms and conditions provided by the Customer that deviate from these General Terms and Conditions shall not be recognized unless BM expressly agrees to their validity in writing.OFFER AND ENTRY INTO CONTRACT, ORDER PROCESS
The Customer can select from BM's wide range of backpacks, bags, and other products.
The BM Online Store constitutes a sales prospectus. By presenting its product selection, BM is inviting the Customer to place orders based on the offerings.
By clicking "Add to Shopping Cart," the Customer adds items they wish to purchase to the shopping cart. Products can be removed from the cart at any time by clicking "Remove Product." Items are not reserved by being added to the shopping cart, so their availability may change during the shopping process. Once satisfied, the Customer can click "Check Out" and proceed to complete the order by clicking the "Buy Now" button.
The order can only be placed after the Customer has accepted these General Terms and Conditions by ticking the corresponding checkbox.
After submitting the order, the Customer will receive an automatic email confirming the receipt and acceptance of the order. This confirmation also outlines the details of the order and is considered the official purchase contract.
STORAGE OF ORDER TEXT
The contract text will be stored by BM. Customers will receive an email confirmation with the order details and these General Terms and Conditions attached. The order information can be printed or downloaded at any time.PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices are inclusive of VAT at the applicable statutory rate.
Flat-rate shipping fees apply:
Domestic (China): Free shipping for orders over ¥500. For orders under ¥500, shipping is ¥30.
International Shipping: Costs are calculated based on destination and weight at checkout.

DELIVERIES, HANDOVER OF THE ITEMS
Deliveries are made worldwide. BM partners with reliable shipping providers such as DHL and DPD. The delivery time is typically 3–5 business days within China and 7–14 days for international shipments.
BM bears the risk of delivery for Consumers in accordance with applicable laws.
LEGAL LIABILITY FOR DEFECTS
BM offers a warranty for defects on all products. Customers can request a replacement or repair in the case of manufacturing defects within two years from the purchase date. For businesses, the warranty is 12 months.CONSUMER RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal period starts the day the Customer or a third party receives the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify BM via email at info@backpackmanufacturer.com.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
BM respects customer privacy and processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR. Customer data will only be used for processing orders and will not be shared with third parties without consent.FINAL PROVISIONS
